Chapter gifts

As always, all registered guests will receive a souvenir gift and, as at the last KnightRock, there will be no gifts for individual chapters. The cost of worthy chapter gifts would be extremely high and we would rather donate the money needed to do so to charity. In return, we do not expect gifts from the visiting chapters. Voluntary monetary donations for our fundraising campaigns are of course welcome, but no obligation.

Blue Knights

Out of respect for our club, we expect all Blue Knights who are also members of other clubs to participate in KnightRock in the colors of the Blue Knights LEMC.

Booking conditions KnightRock 2025

• The deadline for bookings is June 25th, 2023.
• The rooms are allocated according to the date of registration.
• Registration is only complete after receipt of payment.
• Without receipt of payment, the registration will be deleted after 2 weeks.
• After submitting the form, you will receive a copy of the registration email to the email address you provided. If not, please check your spam folder.
• Only after the money has been credited to our bank account will you receive a confirmation email with your booking number.
• You can deregister free of charge until June 25th, 2023 (please do not forget to give your bank details when you deregister).
• From June 26th, 2023 we will no longer be able to accept cancellations and amounts already paid can unfortunately no longer be refunded. It is of course also possible to pass the room on to another participant. We will actively support this if possible.
  
   
• We expressly point out that this is a purely private event.
• With the transfer, each participant agrees to release Blue Knights Germany XXXIV Südheide e.V. from any liability.
• Since we are legally neither a private company nor a public body, the GDPR does not apply in its original form. Nevertheless, as a precautionary measure, the exemption is deemed to have been granted with the transfer.
• All stored data, which is collected exclusively for organizational reasons, will be deleted no later than 14 days after the event.
• Photographs will be taken throughout the event and may be published on our website or that of the photographer. Since it is impossible for us to ask everyone for permission before taking photographs, consent to this is given upon booking.
