  Die Blue Knights®

  • (dt. blaue Ritter - abgeleitet von der blauen Uniform der amerikanischen Polizei) wurden 1974 als lokaler Verein in den USA gegründet. In den folgenden Jahren verbreitete sich diese Idee in den gesamten USA, Kanada und Australien.
  • Erst 1989 wurde diese Idee nach Europa getragen. In England, den BeNeLux, Schweden, Norwegen, Frankreich, Schweiz, Dänemark, Polen und Österreich usw. usw. sind bereits Chapter (selbständige Unterabteilungen) zu finden.
  • Weltweit 15.000+ Mitglieder und 600+ Chapter in 34 Länder.
  • Allein in Deutschland verteilen sich 39 Chapter von Flensburg bis München.

Wer kann Mitglied werden?

  • Mitglied werden können Landes- und Bundespolizeibeamte oder Zollbeamte, in vergleichbarer Funktion auch von Militär und Justiz, welche ein Motorrad und einen entsprechenden Führerschein besitzen.
  • Ausnahmen sind zulässig

Was sind in der Hauptsache unsere Ziele?

  • Förderung nationaler/internationaler Völkerverständigung und der europäischen Einigung
  • Förderung des Motorradtourensports und
  • Unterstützung von gemeinnützigen, mildtätigen und sozialen Einrichtungen, Organisationen und Stiftungen

Wir

  • nehmen (mit Familie) an lokalen, nationalen, internationalen Treffen und Begegnungen teil und veranstalten solche.
  • geben finanzielle und materielle Unterstützung an. o.g. Einrichtungen und Organisationen

  The Blue Knights®

  • (blue knights - derived from the blue uniform of the American police) were founded in 1974 as a local association in the USA. In the years that followed, this idea spread across the United States, Canada, and Australia.
  • It was not until 1989 that this idea was brought to Europe. In England, the BeNeLux, Sweden, Norway, France, Switzerland, Denmark, Poland and Austria etc. etc., there are already chapters (independent sub-divisions) to be found.
  • Worldwide 15,000+ members and 600+ chapters in 34 countries.
  • In Germany alone there are 39 chapters from Flensburg to Munich.

Who can become a member?

  • State and federal police officers or customs officers, in a comparable function also from the military and judiciary, who have a motorcycle and a corresponding driver's license, can become members.
  • Exceptions are permitted.

What are the main goals?

  • Promotion of national / international international understanding and European unification.
  • Promotion of motorcycle touring.
  • Support of non-profit, charitable and social institutions, organizations and foundations.

We

  • take part (with family) in local, national, international meetings and encounters and organize them.
  • give financial and material support to above-mentioned institutions and organizations.
